Your information is stored on secure servers in Cloudflare (who provide our database infrastructure) and Dropbox (who provide a backup). These companies do not independently control your data. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data with any other third parties. Your information is only used by us to facilitate your purchase and support your use of our product. We do not use cookies.

We retain your personal data for as long as you hold a licence or have an active support relationship with us, and for up to 8 years thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

  • Opt-Out & Unsubscribe: If you no longer wish to receive our infrequent product update emails, you can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of our emails.
